AHHHH.....RELAXATION

I love my digital camera but .....

Tom and I went away for a few days to Moxie Lake. Right before we got to our friend Howie's camp we stopped to watch a cow moose in a pond - that's when I discovered the digital camera was not charged! I downloaded some pics the night before of Tom and his friend Francis accepting a Lions' award and in my haste must have forgotton to turn it off and just put it in it's case and off we went the next morning.

So...as much as I love my digital thank God for instant throw aways - they seem so ancient and the quality isn't there but at least we could capture some of the Kodak moments we had. We had a wonderful time and literally had nothing to do but drink beer and play cards and relax - it was so good we're going up again next month. Thank you Howie and Sally for the use of the Barter camp. Funny thing was without us knowing it, Tom's oldest son and his daughter were also up in the North that same time! While we love our home we also love getting away from time to time.....and we needed it after the It's Over party! From Lake Moxie we travelled to Greenville to watch the Fly-In (seaplanes) and ate at our favorite restaurant on the water (pic of Tom smiling). Fun times! Happy Fall everyone!!!
